The announcement of the apocalyptic kingdom brings death

"And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. . . . And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death. . . . And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."
